Offline functionality

The Offline functionality adds more flexibility to a user to keep working in the system when the user can anticipate an internet connection loss. The purpose of this functionality facilitates the use of several features while being offline in places where the internet signal can be poor or non-existing. 

This functionality is user-specific; this article explains step-by-step on how to prepare the tool before the internet connection is lost and highlights the features that will not be available when working offline. 

PS: Wait to disconnect from the network until you have prepared the tool for offline in advanced.
Prepare for Offline:
1. Go into User Settings 
2. Check the box to  Enable offline capabilities

3. Select your synchronising option This set up will synchronise the data the user worked on online and will take the time selected to show up when switching to offline.


4. Click the 'Manage Offline' icon next to your username 

PLEASE NOTE: Following message will show before 'Manage offline' icon is available and after Data has been synchronised.

5. Prepare offline The user is now ready to work offline and by clicking the 'Update' button all data will be available.

PS: Prepare for offline in advance as soon as possible before losing connection. Once the connection is lost, it is not possible to access the system to prepare for offline anymore.
PS: DO NOT REFRESH YOUR BROWSER WHILE WORKING OFFLINE as you may risk losing recently created data.

    • Data dashboard
    • Work order progress
    • Site overview
    • Asset info


  • Reporting Features:
    • Copy DPR Functionality
    • Send via email
    • DPR Send for Approval
    • Aggregated Reports
    • Report templates
  • Accessing work package


  • Work Order Features:
    • Downloading filtered work orders
    • Copy work order
    • Creating recurrence on work order
    • Sending WO via email 
    • Show changelog on activities
    • Accessing Work order sequences
    • Accesing Checklist template
  • Accessing Account Settings

  • Sites Features:
    • Adding, editing, deleting sites
    • Accessing assets
    • Adding, editing, deleting components
    • Adding, editing, deleting sub-assemblies
    • Adding, editing, deleting bases
    • Adding, editing, deleting inventory
  • Resource Features:

    • Adding, editing, deleting logistics
    • Accessing personnel
    • Adding, editing, deleting personnel and teams
    • Accessing resource plans
    • Accessing resource calendar
  • Resources:

    • Resource calendar
    • Adding, editing, deleting employee (work schedule/shift included)
