Clear, dispatch, and undispatch your plan

The options at the bottom right of your planning board allow you to clear dates—i.e., remove work orders that have not been dispatched—and dispatch or undispatch your plan.

Clear dates

The Clear dates button deletes work orders from the timeline. You can choose whether to include work orders that have been dispatched. Any work orders you clear will return to Ready for execution status and appear in the work order list.
Work orders display in the planning board as follows:

  • Being planned: white box
  • Planned: light green box
  • Completed: grey box

Instructions

  1. Click Clear dates
  2. Select a Start Date and End Date.
    • You can select a start date up to 14 days prior to the current date.
  3. Optional: Check Clear dispatched work orders.
  4. Click Start.

Dispatch your plan or undo a dispatch

The dispatch function freezes the activities in the timeline, i.e., activities are moved to the Planned status. When you want to edit or move these activities, you need to undispatch the activities, either individually or as a batch.

  1. Click on Dispatch at the bottom right of the planning board.
  2. Choose your date range.
  3. Click Undo dispatch or Dispatch.
