When you first set up your account, Shoreline will configure some presets. Contact Shoreline if you require changes to any of these settings.

- Choose the unit for time estimation when creating work orders.

- Default activity status: set what status is automatically selected on an activity when a user creates one. Users have to manually change the status from the default if required.
