Any Shoreline account using the Execution field services app requires the permissions listed in the required permissions table.

Permissions for registering time on behalf of others

In order to register time on behalf of others, a user account requires the following:

  • The Register time on behalf of others permission from the the required permissions table.
  • The relevant users selected from the dropdown in User settings (profile name) > Time registration in the Shoreline Execution web app.

How to create and apply user permissions

Account admins can adjust permission policies within the Shoreline Execution web app by going to Account Settings > Permissions.

Apply a permission policy to a user account in the Shoreline Execution web app by going to Resources > Teams, clicking Edit (pencil icon) on the required user, and choosing a permission policy under Account settings.
