Personnel and teams overview

Personnel are the various employees involved in an operation, and operation planning requires personnel. It could e.g. be technicians, electricians, construction workers or a site manager which all have to perform tasks in a work order. It could also be any user who needs to work in the O&M Execution and in the Construction Execution.

The offshore working employees are assigned to teams, and the planning happens mainly with the teams. However, planning is also possible with the use of a single person. This article shows how to add and edit teams as well as a single person. A calendar with the employees added is available for each team.

An employee can only be added to a team if already documented in the tool. The first process is to create the employees and thereafter the teams. To manage your employee’s unavailability, work schedule, teams and view your resource calendar go to the menu bar.
