Adding and editing a team

Modified on Wed, 25 Oct, 2023 at 2:22 PM

A team can include as many employees as necessary.

You can define the shift change and the work schedule during the shift for each team. You can also allocate which team the employee is part of during a work schedule. The user can schedule work at any time for a team. Then, scheduling work outside of the assigned team shift will show up in the planning view of teams.

The team information you complete when adding a team is necessary for planning purposes. An inaccurate configuration at this stage can cause unrealistic results.
  1. Navigate to Resources > Teams in the left-hand menu.
  2. Click Add new team at the top right of the screen.
  3. Fill in the required Info, Work shift, and Team composition information.
    • See the team parameters tables below for more information.
    • If you add a work package in the Team composition section, it is automatically added to the work packages in the Info section.
  4. Click Save.

You can edit an existing team at any time by clicking the edit (pencil) icon beside the relevant team in the table.
