The Execution field services app features a schedule, where you can create, view, edit, delete, and register time against activities.

ln the Profile section, you can switch workspace and obtain your device data for support purposes.

The app supports offline use.

Schedule

The Schedule page displays all activities for 7 days either side of your selected date. By default, the schedule is set to today's date.

You can filter the schedule by All activities or My activities using the dropdown at the top right of the schedule. All activities is the default and includes activities to which you are assigned as well as all those assigned to personnel for whom you have permission to register time. My activities shows only those activities to which you are assigned.

From Schedule, you can view, edit, and delete your activities; add an activity; register time against an activity; and change the display date. See the how-to guides to learn more about these features.

Each activity card in the schedule displays the following information:

  • Activity name
  • Total time registered against the activity
  • Asset (if specified) or site
  • Activity start and end time
  • Current status
  • Number of people assigned to the activity

Timesheets

The Timesheets section of the app lets your create, manage, delete, and submit timesheets of activities registered through the mobile and web apps. The timesheets section shows only those timesheets that you have created or that have been submitted to you for approval.

Each timesheet card displays the following information:

  • Timesheet name
  • Total time registered on activities
  • Creation date
  • Status
    • Draft, Pending, Rejected, or Approved
  • Number of people assigned to the timesheet

Notifications

The notification centre is where you can view notifications related to timesheets you have submitted or have been sent to you for approval.

You need to enable notifications in the web app to receive them in the mobile app. In the web app, go to User settings > Settings and enabled Timesheets and check the boxes for pending and rejected or approved timesheets.

My profile

My profile displays information related to your Shoreline account.

From here, you can log out and switch workspace.

The User information section contains collapse sections detailing your user account, including permissions, such as who you can register time for.

You can copy device and account information to your clipboard to share with Shoreline support by tapping the Copy all to clipboard button at the bottom of the page.

Caution: Stay signed in to your account when working offline. You can only switch workspace and log in when you have internet connectivity.
