Enable live vessel tracking within a designated area with the Shoreline Shipfinder API integration. The instructions below help you set up the integration and register your operation’s logistics to easily identify them. You can view the live vessel tracking in your site overview.  

Set up the Shipfinder integration 

1. Head to your Account settings.
   
   
2. Click on Integrations. 
3. In the Shipfinder section, complete the required information:
   
    
   • Shipfinder API key 
   • Shipfinder API URL 
     • https://jpapi.shipfinder.com/ 
   • Coordinates for area 
     • Coordinates for which you have requested data from Shipfinder. 
4. Click Save at the top right. 

You can now view Shipfinder data in your site overview. 

Register your logistics 

You can register any logistic that belongs to your operation within Shoreline Execution to mark it red and more easily track it on the Site overview.

You will need the logistic’s MMSI or IMO number to complete these steps. 

1. Go to Resources > Logistics. 
2. Click + Add new. 
3. Enter the MMSI or IMO number in the relevant input field.
   
   
4. Complete any other required information. See our Logistics input overview page for full details. 
5. Click Save. 

The logistic will now appear on the Site overview map in red and with the name specified at the time of creation (My logistic 2 in the example).
