The dashboard view allows you to get an overview of all relevant data in one place without navigating through the entire system. Today, we have different dashboard views (“widgets”) available: My activities, Work order progress, Site overview, Weather, Components and Asset info.
Select Dashboard and the view of interest.
The 'Dashboard' is a page with multiple widgets that show progress/statuses on different areas of the project to avoid the user having to navigate throughout the system to find this information.
It consists of a number of graphs and charts that represent relevant data, calculating the overall health of the project and displaying that via certain graphs and charts in the dashboard.
Work package completion
This dashboard give you a quick view of your progress on each of the work packages and an overall completion of your project. You can select multiple work packages.
It considers the progress of the work orders that are associated to the work package.
Example:
- There are 3 WOs in Pre-assembly WP
- WO1 is 10% completed.
- WO2 is 10% completed.
- WO3 is 10% completed.
- There are 2 WOs in Commissioning WP
- WO1 is 10% completed.
- WO2 is 50% completed.
Overall completion is:
- ((WOs in WP1 * WP1 completion)+(WOs in WP2 * WP2 completion)) / (WOs in WP1 + WOs in WP2) = ((3 * 10%) + (2 * 30%)) / (3 + 2) = 18%
Average completion is:
- (% completion WP1 + % completion WP2) / number of work packages = (10% + 30%) / 2 = 20%
Pre-assembly WP completion is:
- (10% WO1 + 10% WO2 + 10% WO3) / 3 WOs = 10% WP completion
Commissioning WP completion is:
- (10% WO1 + 50% WO2) / 2 WOs = 30% WP completion
